Cancellation Policy

Group Booking Policy Payment should be made at the time of booking to secure your place, your sessions will not be booked unless payment is made. Due to the nature of the group sessions, we cannot offer rescheduling once you have paid for your 6 week block, this is NON-REFUNDABLE. Sessions will be recorded to access at a later date suitable for yourselves, so if you miss a session, you still get access to our top quality lesson. Tilly's Tutoring – Booking & Payment Policy At Tilly’s Tutoring, we aim to provide high-quality and flexible tutoring tailored to your needs. To help us deliver the best possible service, please review our booking and payment policies below. 1. Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to respect our tutors’ time and allow others to book in, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any session cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session will be charged in full. Exceptional circumstances will, of course, be considered. If something unexpected happens, please send us a message as soon as possible. 2. Holiday Policy If you have any holidays or planned absences, please let us know in advance. This allows us to make sure you are not charged for any sessions you won’t be attending. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. 3. Payment Policy Payment should be made prior to the session or at the time the session takes place. Payments can be made via [insert preferred payment method(s) – e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.]. 4. Late Payment Policy To ensure smooth operations, timely payments are important. A late payment fee of £0.50 per day will be added to any overdue payments. Weekly payment reminders will be sent until the balance is cleared.
